The Silversmith Process
From raw sculptured waxes to individually inspected heirloom jewelry, explore the measured benchwork executed daily in our studio.
Precision Organic Carving
Every piece starts as an intricate three-dimensional carving in jewelers wax. Master silversmiths shape organic contours, balancing structural thickness and delicate tactile textures directly by hand at the bench.

Molten Sterling Crucible Pour
Ethically recovered sterling silver is heated to its exact melting threshold before being poured into micro-compacted Delft sand molds. This ancient process yields distinctive surface character with high metallurgical density.

Layered Surface Refinement
Cast items undergo progressive wet abrasives and rotary bristle dressing. The surface transitions through four grades of Tripoli compound to achieve a mirror finish contrasted with soft brushed bevels.

Official Purity Stamp & Audit
Every finished jewel is inspected under 10x magnification loupes before striking with the official SILVRA hallmark and 925 legal purity stamps, guaranteeing verified craftsmanship and lifetime durability.

Methodology & Guidelines
- Use only lint-free 100% microfibre or specialized jeweler's rouge polishing cloths.
- Rub along the grain of the silver rather than in circular motions to avoid micro-scratches.
- Rinse with lukewarm water and mild, phosphate-free soap before patting dry with clean cotton.
- Avoid abrasive toothpastes, baking soda pastes, or industrial liquid dips which strip intentional patina.
